Today i will address the most common reason for hacking a windows based system, which is for the purpose of windows password recovery using a well known windows password recovery software

I don’t know about you, but i have too many password to remember, each and everyone is unique and follows a certain pattern based on its purpose. So unless i use them on a frequent basis or make them easy to write them down, I’m simply not going to remember all the password.
I can’t tell you how many times i have forgotten the password to an Administrator account on a windows based system. And its nearly always at the wrong time and place. The i typically try till I’m blue in the face and at the last minute I’ll jump on to google to see what windows password hack options i can muster up. Most of the options are to buy this, that or the other utility and then burnt a cd or make bootable USB flash drive and recover the password by resetting it.
So today i am going to address the issue of windows password hacking, this article is written around the use of one particular windows password recovery software called Windows Key made by LostPassword. Due to the number of times i have had to do this. I finally decided to purchase a copy of Windows Key.

How to use Windows Key to Reset your Forgotten Windows Password:
Using Windows Key is really simple. Just follow these basic instructions and you’ll be set:
- Once you’ve obtained your copy of Windows Key
- Burn it onto a Cd or write the ISO image to a USB Flash Drive
- Insert the CD or Flash Drive into the target System
- Reboot / Restart target system and press F2 or Delete to enter the system BIOS
- Change boot priority settings in the system BIOS to CD or USB
- Save settings and reboot
- Allow the CD or USB to boot and follow on screen instructions
- Typically ask you which partition or drive to look in
- The it will ask you which windows installation (There should only be one unless its a dual boot system)
- Then it will display a list of accounts available to reset [1] being the Administrator account
- Select it and type the new password you wish to use or it may reset the password with something generic like 1234?
- Reboot and try new password
